Online Waiver Information

All guests entering the fenced playground area must have a completed waiver on file, including adults.

Parents & Guardians

If signing for your child(ren), select “Myself and Children” to cover both you and your listed children.

Additional Adults

Each additional adult must complete their own waiver.

Check-In

After submitting, you’ll receive a QR code by email. Please have it ready for faster check-in. If unavailable, we can also look up your waiver using your name, phone number, or email.
